100 × Tulips 'China Town'

Tulip 'China Town' is a distinctive spring tulip with attractive red and white coloring. It adds strong visual interest to borders, flower beds, containers, and mixed bulb plantings, where its contrasting tones can stand out.

The sturdy flowers can also be used in bouquets and arrangements. Its unusual color combination makes it a useful choice when you want more variety in a spring planting scheme.

Watering and Care

Water regularly during the spring growing season, especially during dry spells. Keep the soil lightly moist but never waterlogged.

Maintenance

Remove spent flowers after blooming, but leave the foliage in place until it has naturally yellowed. This allows the bulb to store energy for the following season.

Location

Choose a sunny location with well-draining soil. Good drainage helps protect the bulbs from rot.

Tip

Plant bulbs in groups for a fuller, more impressive display. Tulips look particularly striking when planted in clusters.
