Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

Cancelling or modifying an order is only possible within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Cancellation or modification requests can only be submitted by email. You may use our contact form for this purpose. Please make sure to include your order number in your message.

Once a cancellation is approved, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
If a modification is approved, the amount will either be refunded or an additional payment may be required. Any additional payment can be made via bank transfer. Once the payment has been received, the delivery timeframe will apply again.
