Our Assortment

We work exclusively with high-quality nurseries that comply with European regulations, ensuring that we can guarantee top-quality plants. Our assortment is designed to inspire garden enthusiasts. In addition to well-known traditional plant species, you will find a variety of unique plants and new arrivals that will delight connoisseurs. Please note that our assortment reflects the range of products we offer, but not the exact stock. Availability is checked regularly.

Ordering

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At the same time, your order is registered in our processing system. On the next working day, we pass your order on to the respective nurseries.

When we collect the plants from the nurseries, a first quality check is performed. Once approved, a delivery note is created and emailed to you. You will also be informed immediately if a plant is out of stock (see below). You will subsequently receive an email notification of shipment.

Before dispatch, all plants undergo a second quality check, allowing us to confidently offer a growth guarantee.

Stock Availability

Our assortment shows our range, not the current stock. Items listed as “in stock” on our webshop are guaranteed to be available. With over 10,000 items in our assortment, occasional plants may be temporarily unavailable.

When nurseries process their orders, we are notified if a product is out of stock. In that case, we will check with other nurseries or wholesalers. If the item cannot be sourced, you will be informed by email. Upon request, Garden Plants for Sale can suggest a replacement plant or an alternative pot size, if suitable. Refunds are issued if a plant cannot be found or is currently growing.

We can also reserve plants directly from the nurseries to ensure availability. Reservations can be made via our contact form. A 30% deposit of the total order is required for reservations.

Delivery and Lead Time

Orders are primarily shipped via courier. Plants are carefully packaged with moisture and ventilation. A professional advised us on proper packing to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition. You can track your package and adjust delivery preferences using the Track & Trace code.

For larger orders, plants may be delivered by our own transport service, following our delivery schedule.

You do not need to be home for delivery. Please indicate in the “Notes” field where the plants should be placed. During busy periods, we also deliver on weekends. With our own transport, we can adjust routes depending on traffic. Deliveries can occur between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. If we are unaware of special delivery constraints, such as pedestrian zones, we will call upon arrival to coordinate placement.

We aim to deliver your plants within 10 working days. Depending on the chosen plants, they may come from nurseries in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Germany. Some plants are sourced from Spain or Italy, which may extend delivery times. Payment method also affects processing speed: card or Bancontact payments are processed faster than bank transfers. Once payment is approved by the provider, your order is processed.
