Giant hyssop 'Purple Haze'

Agastache 'Purple Haze' impresses with long violet-blue flower spikes that appear continuously from summer into autumn. The aromatic foliage complements the delicate flower stems and keeps the plant attractive even outside the flowering period. Bees, bumblebees, and butterflies are especially attracted to the nectar-rich flowers, creating lively activity in the garden.

Watering and Care

Agastache 'Purple Haze' performs best in well-drained garden soil that retains some moisture without becoming waterlogged. During extended dry spells, regular watering helps the plant remain healthy and encourages strong flowering. Once established, it becomes more resilient, but consistent care will always result in the most attractive growth.

Maintenance

Remove faded flowers and damaged foliage on a regular basis to keep the plant looking tidy. Cutting back old stems in spring encourages fresh new growth and helps maintain a neat habit.

Location

A position in full sun or light partial shade is ideal. Rich, loose soil with good drainage allows the plant to develop fully and produce abundant blooms.
