Thick-fruited angelica

Angelica pachycarpa is an architectural perennial recognised for its glossy dark green foliage and impressive rounded flower heads in subtle greenish-white shades. Particularly well suited to coastal gardens, it tolerates wind and salty air while maintaining a fresh and elegant appearance. Moist, humus-rich soil supports vigorous growth and abundant flowering throughout the season. Its bold structure and distinctive silhouette make it an outstanding focal point in contemporary and natural planting designs.

Care/Water

Angelica pachycarpa requires regular watering during the growing season. Keep the soil lightly moist but avoid waterlogging to prevent root problems. Especially during hot and dry periods, water in the early morning or late evening to provide optimal hydration.

Maintenance

Regularly remove old or damaged leaves and flowers. Trim weak or damaged stems to promote healthy growth. Light spring fertilization can support strong leaf and flower development.
