Italian aster 'King Georges'

Aster amellus 'King Georges' produces large violet-blue flowers that brighten sunny borders from late summer well into autumn. Its vigorous, bushy habit creates a full and balanced appearance, pairing beautifully with ornamental grasses and other late-season perennials. This mountain aster thrives in calcareous, well-drained soil and is both hardy and easy to maintain. Rich in nectar, the abundant blooms provide an important food source for bees, butterflies, and other pollinating insects.
