Late variety that produces an abundance of massive carrots with very large roots that are heavy, very flavourful and juicy. Suitable for eating in autumn. Can be stored in winter. Sow directly into the soil in rows 20 cm apart. Thin out twice at 10-day intervals as soon as the plants have three leaves (one carrot every 5 cm). Hoe and water frequently during the heat. Harvest your carrots 3 to 4 months after sowing. Tear out the carrots and leave them on the ground for 2 to 3 days to improve their shelf life. Carrots like to be close to onions, shallots or leeks, which have a protective effect against pests. Sowing: April to July - Harvest: September to November - Traditional, reproducible seeds of agricultural vegetable varieties without hybrids or GMOs!
