Care and Watering
Alchemilla erythropoda thrives in moist, well-drained soil; keep evenly moist but not waterlogged. Water at the base to protect leaves, and reduce in winter. Mulch to conserve moisture.
Maintenance
Deadhead spent blooms lightly, divide clumps every 3–4 years, and remove damaged leaves to keep vigor. Apply a light spring feed.
Location
Plant in part shade to full sun in cool regions; in hot areas, give afternoon shade. It prefers humus-rich soil and good air circulation.
Tips
Use mulch, avoid heavy fertilizers, and plant near borders for soft texture. Keep slopes moist and protect from harsh winds.
