Care
Dianthus plumarius ‘Doris’ enjoys full sun and well-drained soil. Deadhead spent blooms to extend flowering and lightly prune after bloom to keep a compact shape.
Watering
Water moderately, letting the topsoil dry between sessions. Avoid wetting foliage to prevent mildew; mulching helps moisture retention without rot.
Location & Maintenance
Choose a sheltered, sunny spot with good air circulation. Divide clumps every 2–3 years in spring and feed lightly with a balanced fertilizer to maintain vigor.
