Coral bells 'Peach Crisp'

Heuchera 'Peach Crisp' stands out with beautifully ruffled leaves in warm peach and apricot shades that deepen in colour as the seasons progress. Its compact habit makes it ideal for smaller planting spaces and containers, where it provides year-round colour and texture. This hardy variety is low-maintenance and highly reliable.

Care/Water

Heuchera 'Peach Crisp' requires consistent watering throughout the growing season, especially during hot summer months, to keep its delicate peach-colored foliage healthy and vibrant. The soil should be humus-rich, well-drained, and evenly moist to ensure vigorous growth and maintain its decorative leaf color throughout the season, while avoiding waterlogged roots that could harm the plant.

Maintenance

Regular removal of faded leaves and flowers is important to promote plant vigor and support the development of new shoots that maintain the full, bushy growth. Light pruning in spring or after flowering helps preserve the compact growth habit and ensures the plant remains attractive throughout the year.

Location

Prefers partially shaded to shaded locations with humus-rich, well-drained soil that is rich in organic matter. Perfect for borders, flowerbeds, or underplantings, as the peach-colored foliage harmonizes beautifully with other plants and visually enhances the garden.

Tip

Mulching around the base with organic material helps retain soil moisture and protects the roots from drying out, especially during dry spells. Heuchera 'Peach Crisp' is easy to care for, hardy, and attracts beneficial insects like bees, making the garden lively and ecologically valuable.
