Foamy bells 'Kimono'

Heucherella 'Kimono' enhances shaded gardens with fresh green foliage beautifully accented by prominent dark veins. In late spring, numerous small creamy white flowers float gracefully above the leaves, attracting bees and other pollinators. Its compact habit makes it ideal for borders, woodland edges, containers, and shaded planting schemes. Even outside the flowering season, its distinctive foliage remains highly ornamental.

Care/Water

Heucherella 'Kimono' should be watered regularly to keep its decorative leaves and flowers healthy. The soil should be humus-rich, well-drained, and slightly moist, as standing water can cause root rot, especially during summer months.

Maintenance

Regularly remove faded leaves and flowers to promote new shoot growth and maintain plant vitality. Light pruning after flowering supports a compact growth habit and keeps the plant attractive throughout the year.

Location

Prefers sunny to partially shaded locations with nutrient-rich, well-drained soil. Perfect for borders, containers, or flowerbeds, as its colorful foliage adds vibrant accents and creates a harmonious garden atmosphere.

Tip

Mulch regularly around the plant to retain moisture and protect the roots from drying out. Heucherella 'Kimono' is easy to care for, hardy, and attracts beneficial insects such as bees, making the garden lively, ecologically valuable, and attractive.

Heucherella 'Kimono' combines subtle flowers with elegant variegated foliage, providing a graceful and striking accent in borders. The foliage supports the blooms and keeps the plant healthy and harmonious.
