This floriferous perennial produces numerous blooms on slender yet sturdy stems and combines beautifully with ornamental grasses and other summer-flowering perennials. Its nectar-rich flowers attract bees and butterflies while also making excellent cut flowers.

Care/Water

Leucanthemum 'Etoile d'Anvers' requires consistent watering during the growing season, especially on hot, dry days. The soil should be well-drained, nutrient-rich, and slightly moist to support healthy shoots and lush blooms. Water at the base and avoid wetting foliage to prevent fungal diseases. Consistent watering promotes a healthy plant and long-lasting flowering.

Maintenance

Regularly remove faded flowers to encourage new shoots. Light pruning after flowering keeps the plant compact and healthy. Organic fertilizer in spring promotes strong blooms and vigorous growth. Check regularly for pests.

Location

This Leucanthemum prefers sunny locations with well-drained soil. Partial shade is tolerated but may reduce flower abundance. Open, lightly sheltered spots encourage healthy plants, strong shoots, and long-lasting flowering throughout summer.
