This upright perennial forms strong clumps of dark green foliage, adding structure to sunny borders. Its classic daisy flowers attract bees and butterflies and are also excellent for cutting and floral arrangements.

Care/Water

Leucanthemum maximum 'Madonna' requires regular watering during the growing season, especially in warm, dry weather. The soil should be well-drained, humus-rich, and slightly moist to support strong shoots and lush blooms. Water at the base and avoid wetting foliage to prevent fungal diseases. Consistent moisture promotes healthy plants and long-lasting flowers.

Maintenance

Regularly remove faded flowers to encourage new shoots. Light pruning after flowering keeps the plant compact and healthy. Organic fertilizer in spring supports lush blooms and strong shoots. Check the plant regularly for pests to maintain vitality.
