Shasta daisy 'Snow Lady'

Leucanthemum 'Snow Lady' remains compact, making it perfect for smaller borders, containers, and edging. Its large white flowers with yellow centres bloom over an extended period throughout summer, creating a beautiful contrast with the dark green foliage. Despite its modest size, this hardy variety produces abundant flowers and is highly attractive to pollinators.

Care/Water

Leucanthemum 'Snow Lady' requires consistent watering during the growing season, especially in warm, dry weather. The soil should be nutrient-rich, well-drained, and slightly moist to support strong shoots and lush blooms. Water at the base and avoid wetting foliage to prevent fungal diseases. Regular moisture supports a long and healthy flowering period.

Maintenance

Regularly remove faded flowers to encourage new shoots. Light pruning after flowering keeps the plant compact and healthy. Organic fertilizer in spring promotes lush blooms and strong shoots. Check the plant for pests to maintain vitality.

Location

This Leucanthemum prefers sunny locations with well-drained soil. Partial shade is tolerated but may reduce flower abundance. Open, lightly sheltered spots promote healthy plants, strong shoots, and long-lasting flowering through the summer.

Tip

After flowering, lightly prune the plant and apply mulch around the base. This keeps the plant healthy and extends the flowering period.

Leucanthemum 'Snow Lady' features fresh foliage and white blooms, adding lively accents to perennial beds and borders. The foliage supports the flowers and ensures a vital plant.
