Water & Care

Water lilacs deeply during dry spells, keeping the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Mulch to retain moisture and protect roots.

Maintenance

Prune right after flowering to shape the shrub and remove dead wood; feed with a balanced fertilizer in spring for best blooms.

Standplaats

Choose a sunny, well-drained site with full sun for abundant flowers; ensure space for mature size and good air circulation.

Tips

Plant alongside other late-spring bloomers for extended color; avoid overwatering and protect from harsh winter winds with a windbreak.

Syringa vulgaris enchants with classic lilac blooms and a rich spring fragrance, lending seasonal color and texture to garden compositions. Offered as 25x bare-root units, size 40-60 (BW), this selection suits promotional runs and larger planting schemes for striking visual impact. Choose Syringa vulgaris for timeless charm in any haagplanten or bosplanten collection.
