Festuca mairei Maire'S Fescue is a hardy, evergreen grass with soft blue-green blades and a compact, clumping habit. Care & Water

Festuca mairei prefereert matig water en goed gedraineerde grond. Houd de grond licht vochtig maar laat de bovenste cm drogen voordat je opnieuw water geeft. Vermijd constante natte voeten.

Maintenance

Verwijder jaarlijks droog blad en snoei licht terug na de winter om de vorm te behouden. In het voorjaar een milde, langzame voeding geeft betere groei.

Position

Plaats in zon tot halfschaduw; houdt van beschutte plekken en vermijd extreme hitte. Een droge, goed doorlatende pot of grond werkt het beste.

Tips

Zorg voor goede drainage, voorkom stilstaand water en pas water aan bij droogteperiodes. Laat planten ademruimte en meld eventuele tekenen van stress.
