Supplied as haagplanten / blote wortel bw stock, healthy and ready for planting in gardens or landscapes.

Care & Water

Keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged, especially in the first year. Water deeply during dry spells and mulch to conserve moisture.

Maintenance

Prune lightly after flowering to maintain shape; remove dead or crossing branches. Feed lightly in spring with a balanced fertilizer.

Location

Plant in full sun to light shade on well-draining soil. Olive Willow tolerates drought once established and prefers a sheltered spot.

Tips

Mulch to protect roots; watch for aphids and scale with a gentle spray. Avoid heavy frost on young plants and provide wind protection if possible.

The Salix elaeagnos ‘Angustifolia’ (Rozemarijnwilg) offers an elegant, textured silhouette; slim, silvery foliage produces subtle movement and season-long visual interest. Supplied as 25x Rozemarijnwilg, 60-90 cm, BW and listed under haagplanten and blote wortel in our haagplant promo, it enhances rhythm, contrast and layered composition in plantings.
