This flat or leaf parsley has slightly more flavour and is ideal for mixed salads. Easy to grow. Use fresh for optimum flavour. Sow parsley indoors in pots at 20 °C, plant out the seedlings in the garden at a distance of approx. 25 cm when they are still quite small. Sow outdoors in rows 25 cm apart. Sowing depth: 0.5-1 cm. Thin out the seedlings to 15 cm apart. Soaking the seeds in lukewarm water for a few hours before sowing accelerates germination. Optimum germination temperature: 15-20 °C Average germination time: 22-30 days
