The leaves with their special flavour are used fresh as a garnish like parsley. It produces small white flowers when ripe, which in turn produce seeds that can be used as a spice. Sow directly in rows 25 cm apart. Thin out at 4 leaves, leaving one plant every 20 cm. Pick the leaves individually, harvest the seeds as soon as they are ripe (brown colour), leave them to dry. Germination takes a long time (15 to 21 days), soak the seeds 12 hours before sowing in the open ground to speed up germination. Sowing: March to August - Harvesting: June to November - Traditional, reproducible seeds of agricultural vegetable varieties without hybrids or GMOs!
