Care and Watering

Maintenance

Trim after flowering to maintain shape, remove dead wood, and mulch lightly to conserve moisture without crowding the crown.

Location

Plant in full sun to light shade with protection from fierce afternoon sun in hot regions; gravelly or chalky soils suit it best.

Tips

Use as a drought-tolerant border or container plant; propagate by semi-hardwood cuttings in late summer for best results.
